“I Refuse” is a cry for society to wake up and realize we are being misled by governments and authorities before we are all in a situation we can't escape. It questions the listener to think about their actions and if they feel they are wrong-done by the higher powers then to not be ignorant; instead speak out and seek the truth for a better life. “This song is my stand saying I will not fall asleep while the world burns.”

Olly E is an Alternative Rock Solo Artist and Songwriter from Leicestershire, UK.

As an outsider, missing a sense of belonging has fueled a fire within Olly E as is reflected in lyrics, when thoughts become words on the page. Seeking solace in songwriting, he aims to give hope through his music to those who feel lost or alone. Spending years studying music and performing live, there has never been a better time for Olly E to make his mark.

Olly E’s first EP “1” was released in 2016 followed by many appearances in local Leicester venues. Since, he has released many self-produced singles, videos, and online content while slowly building a following. In August 2019, he released his second EP “Such is Life,” written around struggles with depression and loneliness. The single, “For You,” acts as a call-out to those struggling in life in which Olly E hopes can bring light out of a dark situation for whoever is listening.

Now under Spitfire Management he has revamped his music and pushed harder than ever with his production to release singles for a larger audience.
